What you can do once signed in
Cancel your subscription
One button, effective immediately, with no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and a confirmation email arrives within seven days.
Change plan or payment method
Move up and the change applies at once with the difference charged pro rata. Move down and it applies at the next renewal, so you keep what you have already paid for.
See and download your clips
Everything you have rendered, until it is deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Download anything you want to keep.
Delete drawings, clips or the whole account
Delete an individual file, or close the account entirely. Closing deletes your uploads and clips with it. There is no recycle bin and no waiting period.
