Before you file
Scribbo does not host a public gallery of user content. Uploaded drawings and generated clips are private to the account that made them and are deleted automatically after 30 days. There is nothing to browse and nothing indexed by search engines.
That said, if you believe someone has uploaded artwork of yours without permission, or that a clip produced here infringes your rights, we will act.
Sending a notice
Email support@joelsonbarros.shop with the subject line Copyright notice and include all of the following. A notice missing any of it cannot be acted on.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on Scribbo you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it — a share link, a clip reference, or the account email if you know it.
- Your contact email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please do not send a copyright notice about something that is really a privacy or acceptable-use problem. Those go to the same address but are handled under the Acceptable Use Policy, and it will reach the right process faster if you say so.
What we do next
- We acknowledge your notice within 48 hours.
- If the notice is complete and appears valid, we disable access to the material promptly, usually the same day.
- We notify the account holder, tell them what was removed and why, and pass on your notice.
- We tell them how to file a counter-notice.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, email support@joelsonbarros.shop with the subject line Counter-notice and include:
- Identification of the material and where it was before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact email address.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not tell us within 10 to 14 working days that they have begun court proceedings, we may restore the material.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are closed. We keep a record of notices in order to apply that policy consistently.
False notices
Filing a notice you know to be false can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please be sure before you send one.
Generated output and third-party rights
Scribbo refuses to reproduce real trademarks and to imitate the personal style of a living artist — see the Acceptable Use Policy. If you believe an output has done so anyway, tell us. We treat it as a bug as well as a complaint.
